Our Uniform Design Process
Stage 1 – Your brief
It is important that we first listen. We would first meet with you to best understand your brief and aspiration for the uniform.
Stage 2 – Understanding your brand
Before we start working with you, we want to get to know you. We want to understand the DNA of your brand, its ethos and aspirations. This is key to designing a look that will reflect and compliment the brand.
Stage 3 – Reviewing the existing uniform
It is important for us to understand where your uniform journey is starting from. To best understand this we would look to do a full range review of the existing products, through samples and site visits.
Stage 4 – Focus Groups
We are happy to manage and set up wearer focus groups if that is desired. You may wish to do this at one central location and have representatives from brand marketing, procurement and a variety of uniform wearers present to help with the decision process.
Stage 5 – Initial Designs
We will provide initial design sketches to show our ideas to you. Indicative costings of each look will also be provided, as we understand the uniforms have to be on brand but also on budget.
Stage 6 – Fabric selections
We will provide a variety of fabric choices to you, based on a variety of price points and performance attributes. The performance of the fabrics will be linked back to our initial wearer research.
Stage 7 – Sampling
Once the core look has been selected will will provide a full selection of samples in the correct colours and fabrics for your approval.
Stage 8 – Wearer Trials
We will provide wearer trial samples for a number of sites. We recommend you use a variety of shapes and sizes across a variety of locations to get the best feedback.
