In 2015, following a successful design tender proposal TSB chose to partner with Uniform Express to undertake the important task of designing and manufacturing uniforms for it’s branch partners due to our ability to synergize our approach to the project. TSB where looking for a supplier partner who was not only design focused but with an ethos built around delivering exceptional customer service under a partnership collaboration.
We worked closely with the TSB brand team to firstly understand the extensive journey that the brand was about to undertake, we spend time visiting the concept branches and evaluating the vision and branch interiors before then visiting branches to speak to wearers about the current uniform. We had a uniform committee to work alongside made up of representative from all aspects of the business from branch managers to HR, marketing and procurement to ensure all the boxes where ticked.
Follow extensive wearer reseach and brand interactions, 2023 saw the roll out of the fresh look of interchangable pieced that were designed to be worn along side the existing collection to update and modernise the look and reflect the changing DNA of the brand.
